The location of Touros Village Beach Resort is outstanding. Touros is the most established coastal town in Natal and currently with more than 20 golf courses under planning of which several close to Touros, the resort enjoys the best possible position: just outside the city center for relaxed beach living but still close enough to access all charming restaurants and bars that Touros offers.

Rental rates will also increase in Natal as the area every year attracts more affluent tourists who come to the area to enjoy the peace and magnificent nature on offer. Natal is one the fastest growing tropical holiday destination in the world and will become one of the leading tourist destinations in the world. The area has a wide market appeal and is already attracting tourists from Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, USA, Japan, Switzerland, England (Thomson started January 2006), Argentina & recently Eastern European countries and last but not least, the large domestic tourism market of 186 million consumers.
